The wind farms project covers the 16.5 MW Anabaru wind farm and the 13.2 MW Arasinagundi wind farm located in the State of Karnataka in southern India, both wholly owned by ACCIONA.

The wind farms represent a total investment of €29.6m and entered service in 2008.

Both wind farms were registered by the United Nations as a joint project under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) system contained in the Kyoto Protocol.
