Keynote speaker at inaugural green energy event in Wales

Baroness Randerson, the Under-Secretary of State for Wales, tapped to deliver opening address at Wales Green Building Marketplace in February.

RenewableUK Cymru has confirmed Baroness Randerson, the Under-Secretary of State for Wales, will be delivering the political keynote speech at its inaugural Wales Green Building Marketplace in Cardiff at Wales Millennium Centre on Wednesday 11 February.

The event, which is free to attend, is aimed at people looking to make their buildings greener. In addition to Baroness Randerson, other speakers include Nick Tune from BRE, David Bolton from Melin Homes, John Carter from Pentan Architects, Tim Wade from Which? Trusted Trader, as well as representatives from Energy Saving Trust, SERS and Community Housing Cymru. 

Although the event is free, attendees are required to register beforehand on the Wales Green Building Marketplace web site – http://walesgreenbuilding.strikingly.com where you can see the full programme, list of exhibitors and organisations attending.
