The long-term PPA covers Tamar Energy’s first five anaerobic digestion plants, at Basingstoke, Hants; Holbeach, Lincs; Retford, Notts; Halstead, Essex and Hoddesdon, Herts. The PPA was signed with EDF Energy at the end of 2014.

"Moreover, it’s an important achievement for the UK’s anaerobic digestiion sector, proving the value of AD’s base load generation in the market over the long term”.
