The wind farm will be built in Dharapuram near Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, India, and will represent an investment of US$350 million.

WinWinD says it expects the first 75 MW phase to be completed by the second quarter of 2012, while the full wind farm is to be finished by the third quarter of 2013. WinWinD has already secure the land for the wind farm.

The wind farm will consist of 1 MW WinWinD wind turbines.
