The wind farm projects are due to be developed in Scotland, England and Wales over the next three years.

PNE Wind UK could bring £500 million investment to Britain’s renewable energy industry. PNE Wind UK has established an office in London and plans to open a second operation in Scotland before the end of 2010.

The move is the latest venture for parent company PNE Wind AG.

Director George Mager, says: “This is a key strategic and logical progression for the company. PNE Wind AG is increasingly investing in dynamic growth markets and the UK is a key market with investment growth forecast to reach £200 billion in the industry over the next decade.”
