The goal is to use synergies between technology and research to reinforce the top position of German companies in the field of solar PV.

Professor Joerg Bagdahn, Head of Fraunhofer CSP, says: “Working together with a global company such as Meier Solar Solutions GmbH will enable us to co-develop workable solutions for the international market”.

The first joint research plans are investigations into encapsulating and membrane materials as well as into lamination processes for solar PV.
