The offshore wind turbine is part of the 48 3.6 MW total of wind turbines comprising the Gunfleet 1 and Gunfleet 2 fields owned by Dong Energy.

Siemens is also part of the SMart Wind consortium, which was awarded a 4 GW contract for the Hornsea Round 3 offshore wind farm zone.
