SolarMax launches HT series inverters for commercial PV power plants

Aim of new inverters is to help operators of commercial and industrial PV power plants optimise the yields of each partial generator.

The HT string inverters from SolarMax will be available in three models, with 4 MPP trackers featuring a power output of 30kW or 32kW (30HT4 / 32HT4), as well as a version with 2 MPP trackers and a power output of 32kW (32HT2). Ideal operation of each individual partial generator is guaranteed, even in the event of highly sophisticated configurations and partial shading, according to SolarMax. This is due to Thanks multi-tracking concept of the inverters.

The HT inverters are SolarMax's response to growing huge market demand, which commercial projects already finalized in Germany and Switzerland – even before the official sales launch. Since beginning of June, the HT inverters are officially available on the market. According to SolarMax, the HT inverters can be installed quickly and easily. The high output density and compact dimensions of the inverters minimize the required installation surface, simplify AC wiring, and thus reducing the installation costs. If external DC switches and surge arresters are necessary, the connection box of the 32HT2 represents a cost-optimised installation variant. The large input voltage range and protection class IP65 provide for additional flexibility when planning the plant.

Moreover, the HT series inverters are equipped with the latest communication solutions, which means they can be easily incorporated into the MaxView portal, according to SolarMax.
