Ascent’s solar thin-flim technology was one of 6 ‘green’ inventions to be recognised in this year’s list.

TIME refers to Ascent’s thin-film solar panels as “ingenious” for their ability to be directly integrated with building materials without the limitations of standard, glass solar panels.

“We are honoured to be recognised by TIME as one of this year’s top 50 inventions,” says Ascent Solar President and CEO, Ron Eller.
