This project will expand the 10 MW power plant First Solar completed for Sempra Generation in 2008, which is located near Boulder City, Nevada.

First Solar will design, engineer and construct the solar PV power plant, and construction is expected to begin in 2009 and completed in 2010. The combined 58 MW solar PV project is expected to be the largest PV power plant in North America, according to First Solar.
