REC gets NOK1.1bn solar wafer contract

REC has signed a three-year multicrystalline solar wafer supply contract worth NOK1.1 billion (~€141 million) with an undisclosed Asian solar cell producer.

REC will deliver the solar wafers from the beginning of 2011 to the end of 2013.

No further details have been disclosed.
