Multibrid has signed a €700 million Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wetfeet Offshore Windenergy GmbH for the delivery of the offshore wind turbines. In addition to the turbines, AREVA will provide commissioning, testing and maintenance services. There is also an option for further delivery of wind turbines.

Delivery is scheduled for 2011-2012, and the windfarm is expected to generate 1.4 TWh per year.
