The wind farm, which started generating in the spring, consists of 18 Enercon 2.3 MW wind turbines with a maximum turbine height of 99.5 m.

Edinbane is the first onshore wind farm to have been built by Vattenfall since it acquired AMEC Wind Energy Ltd in 2008.

SmartestEnergy is already the PPA partner for the 90 MW Kentish Flats wind farm owned by Vattenfall.
