Air Liquide has installed a hydrogen fueling station at its Sassenage site in Isère, which will allow the first users of the French HyWay project to refuel their vehicles with hydrogen.

India has inaugurated its first solar-powered hydrogen fueling station, featuring a SmartFuel® station supplied by Air Products. The station, located at the Solar Energy Centre near Delhi, generates 100% ‘green’ hydrogen from solar energy via an electrolyser.

The OXIS Solar Centre for Autonomous Research (OSCAR) in the UK has unveiled its Project Helios, a demonstration centre for OXIS Energy’s lithium-sulfur (Li-S) battery-based solar energy storage technology. The system is being developed in collaboration with solar energy specialist PROINSO, in advance of initial commercial launch early in 2016.
